  I am Ricardo "RJ" Mejia, an Industrial Engineer, MBA and coach with more than 27 years of experience learning, applying and teaching Lean and Quality Principles through a long and successful career in world-class technology companies.

  These are some results throughout my career as I applied Lean and Quality Principles through more than 100 Kaizen events as a I progressed from Operations Planner to Vice President of Quality and Performance Excellence.
