Step 1
Preparation - There are several tasks that need to be completed per Kaizen Event preparation checklist provided. This will be reviewed in 1-2 preparation sessions.
Step 2
Execution - The Kaizen starts with training on the principles associated to the nature of the event (Example: 5S, Pull System, TPM, etc.). This may take 4 to 8 hours depending on the subject. The remaining 1.5-3.5 days will be spent in the working area (on the floor or office space).
Step 3
Presentation to Management - The last half day will be spent preparing ad giving a presentation to Management, and defining next steps.
Participation & Duration
Open to all levels, max 15 participants. Duration: 3-5 days.
How We Conduct It
Preparation: 1-2 meetings needed 2 weeks prior. Held at your site. Spanish available.
Outcome & Reports
One printed training set and a summary report with next steps.
