Provide a theorical framework for the selected Lean and/or Quality tool and show future Kaizen facilitators how to facilitate this type of continuous improvement events.
Based on the direction from Management, we can facilitate different types of Kaizen events and customize them to the Customer's need : • Strategy Deployment • 5S • Value Stream Mapping • Lean Daily Management • Structure Problem Solving • Advanced Quality Planning • Preventive Culture and Poka-Yokes • Cell Design • Total Productive Maintenance • Quick Change-overs (QCO) • Pull Systems
All employees at all levels are welcome but no more than 15 per event. These events are typically, 3-5 working days (24-40 hours).
Prep. meetings are required at least 2 weeks before the event for at least hour each. The event takes place at a Customer's selected site.
1 hardcopy set of training material and 1 Summary report with recommended next steps.
