Kaizen Events

Provide a theorical framework for the selected Lean and/or Quality tool (25%) and then go to the workspace ( "Gemba") and show the future Kaizen leaders and teams , how to effectively facilitate this type of continuous improvement events (75%).

Based on direction from Management, we can facilitate different types of Kaizen events and customize them to your needs : • Strategy Deployment • 5S • Value Stream Mapping • Lean Daily Management • Structure Problem Solving • Preventive Culture and Poka-Yokes • Advanced Quality Planning Cell Design • Total Productive Maintenance • Quick Change-overs (QCO) • Pull Systems • ISO

All employees at all levels are welcome but no more than 15 per event. These events are typically, 3-5 working days (24-40 hours).

​Prep. meetings are required at least 2 weeks before the event for at least 1 hour each. The event takes place at a Customer's selected site. Available also in Spanish.

1 hardcopy set of training material and 1 Summary report with recommended next steps.
