Objective

Provide an overview of a specific subject from a theoretical perspective.


Description

While Kaizen events are highly practical and hands-on, these lectures are intended to provide a theoretical definition of Lean and Quality tools and Principles. Categories are the same as listed in the Kaizen event section : • Strategy Deployment • 5S • Value Stream Mapping • Lean Daily Management • Structure Problem Solving • Preventive Culture and Poka-Yokes • Advanced Quality Planning Cell Design • Total Productive Maintenance • Quick Change-overs (QCO) • Pull Systems


Attendance and Duration

Intended for college students and employees at different levels. Duration depends on requirements.


Method

​Preferably in-person at the Customers’ selected site. On-line also available


Deliverables

Attendants can take notes and ask questions.
