Our Story
I have more than 30 years of experience in Operations and my passion since I started in Emerson as an Operations Planner in 1999 after finishing by MBA at the University of Notre Dame, has been learning and practicing Lean Manufacturing Principles. Later in my career I learned to apply those principles to the Lean Enterprise and then to the Quality function. I've gone from a Planner to a Vice President and in this journey I've helped four different business drive sustainable process improvements through more than 100 Kaizen within the U.S. and 9 other countries.

Our Value Statement
I decided in early 2025 to create this coaching firm called MEGA L&Q, to help businesses become successful in their Lean Journey by sharing and applying my own successes and also my mistakes. Overall, my career has been a very interesting adventure. I've helped speed up processes to achieve and sustain Delivery Performance of 99%+ through the use of Pull Systems and other tools. I've also driven Cost of Quality reduction by more than 35%. I can transfer what I've learned to your business so you can achieve similar or better results, in the spirit of continuous improvement.
