I have more than 30 years of experience in Operations and my passion since I started in Emerson as an Operations Planner in 1999 after finishing by MBA at the University of Notre Dame, has been learning and practicing Lean Principles. Later in my career, I learned to apply those principles to transactional value streams and then to the Quality function. I've gone from a Planner to a Vice President and in this journey I've helped four different business drive sustainable process improvements through more than 100 Kaizen within the U.S. and 9 other countries.
I decided in early 2025 to create MEGA L&Q to help businesses succeed in their Lean Journey by sharing and applying my own successes and also my mistakes. Overall, my career has been a very interesting adventure. I've helped speed up processes to achieve and sustain Delivery Performance of 99%+ through the use of Pull Systems and other tools. I've also driven Cost of Quality reduction by more than 37%. I can transfer what I've learned to your business so you can achieve similar or better results, in the spirit of continuous improvement.
Now I'm developing ways in which AI can support your Continuous Improvement activities (Lean and Quality). I have developed several tools that will help manage your business better, as part of our MEGA L&Q CI Model. AI is an incredible breakthrough technology. However, without the right foundation, you may end up getting the wrong results.
