Lean and Quality Coaching

Objective

Support the Kaizen facilitators, Lean practitioners and Quality function employees in addressing specific questions or solving specific problems.


Description

These sessions are typically required as a follow-up to Kaizen events where the team may need guidance in taking next steps, solving specific problems or just addressing specific questions related to Lean and Quality tools and Principles.


Attendance and Duration

All employees at all levels are welcome but no more than 15 per session. Duration is customized based on requirements.


Method

​Preferably in-person at the Customers’ selected site. On-line also available. Available also in Spanish.
