Lean and Quality Coaching

Objective

Review a summary of basic Lean and Quality Principles with Management that have proven effective for many companies. Also, we will define next steps to deploy these principles across the company.


Description

We will review and discuss various Lean and Quality tools like 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Lean Daily Management , Risk Assessments, AQP, as well as Strategy Deployment. Managers agree on how the business will deploy and start using Lean principles (not just tools) to achieve sustaining results


Attendance and Duration

Top and Middle Management, 1 Full day (8 hours).


Method

​ Preferably in-person at the Customers’ selected site. On-line also available.


Deliverables

1 hardcopy set of training material and 1 Summary report with recommended next steps.
