Review key Lean and Quality tools such as 5S, VSM, Daily Management, Risk Assessments, AQP, and Strategy Deployment to build sustainable improvements through Kaizen. The Management team will develop a high-level action plan to address gaps identified in the Assessment.

Participants: Executives, 1-2 days (8-16 hours).
