Objective of management overview
Review Assessment results and Lean & Quality concepts before developing a draft of the Action Plan.
Description
We will review and discuss various Lean and Quality tools like 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Lean Daily Management , Risk Assessments, AQP, as well as Strategy Deployment. Managers will develop then a plan to deploy Lean and Quality principles to achieve sustaining results, based on Assessment results.
Step 1
Review the Assessment and draw conclusions and priorities.
Step 2
Review Lean and Quality concepts as a framework
Step 3
Using conclusions from the first 2 steps, Management develops an action plan draft to improve or introduce initiatives as part of our Continuous Improvement Model.
Attendance and Duration
Top and Middle Management, 1-2 full days (8-16 hours).
Method
Preferably in-person at the Customers’ selected site. On-line also available. Available also in Spanish.
Deliverables
1 copy set of training material and 1 Summary report with Action Plan draft and recommended next steps.
