BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

I am a bilingual (English-Spanish) coach with more than 30 years of experience in Lean and Quality Principles through a long and successful career in Emerson and Copeland. I have facilitated many Kaizen events within the U.S. and in 9 other countries. My objective is to contribute to your success by sharing my experiences with younger generations and provide effective coaching in the spirit of Continuous Improvement!
