package 1 - Assessment and plan

1-3 Day Assessment depending on size of Operation/Business.
1 Day for Management Overview, Customer Gap Analysis and Planning.
1 Day to finalize Plan and present summary report.

package 2 - execution through kaizen

Facilitation of one 3-5 Day Kaizen event.
1 weekly coaching calls for 1 month after Kaizen event.
1 hour session with Management at the end of the month to review progress and decide on next steps.
Facilitation of additional Kaizen Events could be added at an additional cost.

package 3 - the mega l&q continous improvement model

Includes Packages 1 and 2 plus facilitation of 2 additional Kaizen events.
1 day on-site monthly session for 3 months.
1 hour session with Management every month for 3 months to review progress and decide on next steps.
